Kyle E Olson - Founder

Mr. Olson founded Blu Ventures, a full service commerical real estate firm specializing in Single Family Residential. Blu Ventures currently manages four sfr funds that total $300 million in assets. Along with Blu Venture, Mr. Olson serves as a principle to Arrimus Capital a private real estate investment firm that has allocated $450 million of student housing around the country. The firm is located in Newport Beach CA.  Mr. Olson serves as an advisor to Fortune Acquisitions a small boutique SFR platform based in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Prior to founding Blu Ventures, Mr. Olson was a Managing Director at Segovia Partners a privately held, fully integrated commercial real estate firm based in Newport Beach CA. During his tenure at Segovia Partners, Mr. Olson’s primary emphasis was in commercial brokerage, acquisition, and asset management. He was responsible for managing investor relations, as well as preparing marketing material for corporate accounts. Mr. Olson is seasoned in capital markets as well as financing multi-million dollar assets.

Mr. Olson served as JV Boys' soccer coach at Santa Margarita Catholic High School. He holds a BA in Economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara California and was a member of the Westmont Men’s Soccer team.

Chris Reedy  

Mr. Reedy is the Founder of GAP Managers, Inc. an investment company. Gap Managers invests in real estate backed asset classes such as self-storage, non-performing loan pools, private money lending, hotels, apartments, and student housing. He started his career at the AYCO Company, which was bought by Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Reedy went on to start Reedy Asset Management in 1997, which eventually became GAP Managers.  He has been involved in the financial sector for over 30 years as an analyst; a derivatives trader for large pension funds; a Certified Financial Planner; a California Real Estate Broker; and a Registered Investment Advisor.
